The only thing I had a problem with was rendering out to avi, there where several mixed up frames (much like openGL offscreen buffer distortion that is so common under Windows). Final result is good enough for a blog post tho :)
I think I almost know everything I need, to produce a video essay on form next week. After that I'll start with the great looking api.
